Description

When I bake this in the winter (temp around 16 C in my house at night), I feed my starter in the morning, I mix my ingredients in the evening and let it proof overnight.
-Mix all ingredients into a dough.
-Let proof overnight.
-In the morning, add dough into a oiled baking tray.
-Let proof for another 2 hours.
-Before putting it in the oven poke some holes in the dough with oiled hands and sprinkle over olive oil, sea salt and any other topping you might like.
-Bak at 230C for about 40 min.
